Achieve Professionals are working in partnership with a well-respected and growing law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer into their successful commercial property team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded solicitor who enjoys managing high-quality work, building client relationships and playing a visible role in the continued growth of a firm.
  
The Role
You will advise a broad range of business and commercial clients across a varied commercial property caseload, acting with a high degree of autonomy while working collaboratively within an established team.
Typical matters will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant work
• Portfolio management
• Property development, options and site development
• Residential development work (including small house builders, option agreements and conditional contracts)
• Freehold land and building sales and purchases
• Planning-related property matters
• Commercial finance and asset purchase transactions

You will be trusted to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice, maintain excellent client care standards and contribute to business development and firm-wide initiatives.
  
About You
This role would suit a solicitor who is:

• 5+ years PQE (ideally 6–10 years) in commercial property
• Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially astute, client-focused and solutions driven
• Experienced across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Confident building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Well organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively

Exposure to residential conveyancing, Lexcel or CQS environments is advantageous but not essential.
