Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands (office-based)
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 per year + benefits
Contract: Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hrs per week)

We are working with a top 10 accountancy firm in the UK in their search for a Tax Manager to oversee their Owner Managed Business team in Wolverhampton.
 
Job description
 
In this role you will own and manage a client portfolio as well as support in delivering revenue and profitability targets for the team.
 
This role requires someone who is capable of maintaining positive relationships with their own clients, as well as developing the more junior members of the team and creating strategic plans for the firm.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax management role within a practice environment
• Exposure to multiple sectors would be advantageous, but not essential
• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax litigation
