We are seeking a Tax Administrator to join a Top 10 Accountancy firm.
Job Description:

As a Tax Administrator, you’ll support the efficient running of the tax department. Your role will involve handling administrative processes, managing data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Role Responsibilities:
- Department Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional and prompt responses.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and phone calls.
- Organise meeting rooms, equipment, and catering for team and client meetings.
- Oversee departmental supply inventory and procurement processes.
- Administrative Tasks
- Create and update documents using Microsoft Office, ensuring high standards of formatting and accuracy.
- Perform general printing, scanning, and document management tasks.
- Follow up on missing timesheets and ensure timely submission.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling.
- Technical Support
- Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role within accountancy practice would be desirable
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel, PowerPoint and TEAMs
Competent in key performance software, with support, including CCH, Alphatax, Microsoft Office, CoZone
Desirable- of anti-Money Laundering and other mandatory regulatory compliance together with obtaining a sound understanding of internal processes and individual responsibility for reporting breaches
