Achieve Professionals are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Property Professionals to join a Legal 500 firm based in either their Doncaster office or their Lincoln office. 
 
Job Description 
In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, and have the opportunity to mentor and support junior staff members, contributing to their professional development.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
• Drafting, negotiating, and completing commercial property documentation
• Conducting and reporting on title investigations and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners and trainees

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base
• Excellent time management, organisational, and IT skills
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative legal team
