The Opportunity
This is a newly created leadership role within a growing Private Client Tax division. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping strategy, building client relationships, and driving growth in the London region. It’s a chance to make a visible impact within a forward-thinking firm recognised for its quality and ambition.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-net-worth client portfolio, leading advisory projects from start to finish.
• Deliver expert advice on Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, and non-dom matters.
• Support clients with disclosures, enquiries, and investigations.
• Oversee onboarding, billing, and workflow to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of team members, supporting their professional development.
• Contribute to business development, networking, and client growth initiatives.

About You

• CTA or STEP qualified, with at least 5 years’ post-qualified experience.
• Proven background in Private Client Advisory within an accountancy or legal environment.
• Strong understanding of UK taxation for offshore companies and trusts.
• Experienced in inheritance tax planning and familiar with recent Budget 2024 changes.
• Commercially minded, technically strong, and confident engaging directly with clients.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
