We are supporting a growing Accountancy Firm based in Newcastle Upon Tyne with the appointment of HR Advisor.
 
Job Description
 
I’m delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy firm with the appointment of HR Advisor. They are seeking a dedicated HR Professional with experience within an accountancy or professional services firm to work alongside the practice manager to support the full employee lifecycle.
 
Role Responsibilities 

  • Providing full HR Administration support in regard to the employee lifecycle including onboarding documentation and offboarding documentation
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with any HR queries and supporting with best practice 
  • Reviewing the employee handbook to ensure it is up to date and in line with UK Employment Law 
  • Supporting with employee relations 
  • Supporting the practice manager with the general running of the practice 
  • Keeping systems and documentation up to date 
  • Implementing wellbeing strategies 

Candidate Requirements 

  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards 
  • Experience within a professional services firm
  • Strong UK Employment Law knowledge 
  • Organisation skills   
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
