We are supporting a well established Law Firm based in Newcastle with the appointment of a Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor.
 
Job Description
 
We are supporting a law firm in their search for a skilled Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where your work genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload (90-120 files) with minimal supervision.
• Handle complex transactions: leasehold, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, redemption, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions.
• Sign off on other fee earners’ files for exchange and review title reports.
• Achieve time recording and billing targets consistently.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior fee earners.
• Drive business development initiatives and lead process improvements within the department.
• Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality.

 
Candidate Requirements 

• Be an experienced Legal Executive or Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with a proven track record of complex residential property work
• 5 years experience+ 
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service
