Achieve Professionals are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Employment Lawyers to join a well established firm based in Windsor. 
 
Job Description

Role Responsibilities

• Managing own Employment case work.
• Acting for Claimants in litigated matters/non litigated matters.
• Adhering to procedural funding guideline time limits and providing
  support to Partners on more extensive and high value matters.
• Case load will include dealing with Settlement Agreements.
• Staffing the Advice Line and dealing with providing legal advice to Union Officers as and when required.
• Developing an understanding of financial management of files, WIP, disbursements, billing and profitability and working to meet or exceed set targets.
• Being professionally responsible for all aspects of the job to include compliance with the external regulated bodies as well as ensuring quality of work and financial performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 8 years PQE+
• Valid clean Practicing Certificate
• Strong academic background.
• Able to apply sensitivity, confidentiality and empathy in regard to Trade Union and private clients’ matters.
• Able to excise own initiative with good problem solving skills.
• Professional attitude and excellent client care including regular updates to clients.
• Attention to detail and pride in your own
