You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and new build transactions, acting for a variety of clients across London and beyond. The firm’s culture is built on collaboration, flexibility, and quality.
 
The Role
You will join a busy, well-structured conveyancing team and be expected to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will work closely with clients, agents, and lenders, ensuring the smooth delivery of every transaction and a first-class client experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise on sales, purchases, remortgages, and new build transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, title documents, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and agents to progress transactions efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory obligations and firm policies.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to wider departmental growth.
• Participate in business development and networking initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in developing the firm’s brand and services.

About You

Essential Requirements:

• 3-5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate Law
• Strong technical ability across the full conveyancing lifecycle
• Experience handling new build matters is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
• Sound IT skills and confidence with case management systems
• Interest in business development and contributing to the firm’s continued success
