We are supporting one of our key clients in their search for an experienced Employment Solutions Senior Manager to join their team in Leeds.
 
Job description
 
This role will involve managing your own portfolio of clients as well as overseeing the results of the team in delivering expert advice on Employment Taxes, reward planning and HR Consultancy.
 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships.
  • Analyse client business priorities.
  • Advise owner-managers on key matters.
  • Oversee engagements and standards.
  • Assist consultancy and business development.
  • Manage salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS, and remuneration.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Employment Taxes experience at Manager level.
  • Ability to manage complex engagements.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication.
  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Right to work in the UK
