Overview and Opportunity
We are seeking a personal injury lawyer to join this Legal 500 Firm in Scotland.
 
Job Description 
We are working with a highly respected firm with a strong reputation to find a RTA Solicitor to join their team.
 
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to helping accident victims. You will ideally be NQ-3 Years PQE.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals with a mix of pre-litigation and litigation work.
• Get involved in ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court work.
• Prepare and present cases in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session when disputes cannot be settled.
• Investigate circumstances of accidents, gather evidence (police reports, medical records, witness statements)

Candidate Requirements

• NQ- 3 years PQE
• You must be able to commute to either our client’s Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
