Achieve Professionals are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Conveyancing Professionals to join a well established firm based in Birmingham. 
 
Job Description 
We are working with a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across their specialist area, conveyancing. The conveyancing team is known for its expertise, supportive culture, and ability to handle a wide range of complex matters for their clients. 
 
 
Role Responsibilities

• Handling the legal process of buying, selling, or transferring property.
• Drafting, checking, and advising on sale and purchase agreements.
• Ensuring there are no legal restrictions, disputes, or hidden issues with the property.
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and government authorities.
• Verifying identity, checking for fraud risks, and complying with relevant property and financial regulations.
• Coordinating settlement dates, exchanging funds, and transferring property ownership.
• Keeping detailed documentation of all transactions and communications.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 years PQE+
• Confident in freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
