Opportunity & Overview: 
We are seeking a RISC (Government Contracts) Lawyer to join this globally leading law firm. 
 
Job description:
You will be in the Regulations, Investigations, Securities and Compliance practice team of this well established Legal 500 Firm. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising government contractors regarding their interactions with federal and state agencies, including advising on a wide range of compliance and regulatory issues
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts
• Assisting with corporate transactions involving government contractors
• Counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years or more of legal experience.
• Experience advising government contractors on compliance and regulatory issues.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts experience with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts
• Preferred broad background in a government contracts practice, with experience in corporate transactions, compliance counseling, and litigation
