Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join this leading law firm in their Sheffield office.
 
Job Description:
This firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor, with ideally at least 4 years PQE.
 
You will deal with Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and have experience of Trust Administration and Tax Returns matters.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Draft wills and provide tailored advice on inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Manage probate applications, gather assets, settle liabilities, and distribute estates in accordance with the will or intestacy rules.
• Advise on and create trusts for asset protection, tax efficiency, or family planning purposes.
• Prepare and register LPAs, advising clients on appointing attorneys and making decisions about health and finances.
• Act with care and sensitivity when advising elderly or vulnerable clients, including Court of Protection matters where needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4 years PQE
• Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of all Wills and Probate matters
• Good experience and knowledge of Trust Administration
