Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join this leading law firm in their Sheffield office.
 
Job Description:
This firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role.
 
You will assist and support fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Managing and progressing transactions, under supervision
• Preparing correspondence, forms and documents in accordance with instructions
• Facilitating the exchange of contracts
• Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds

Candidate Requirements:

• A good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures is essential
• Be able to demonstrate exemplary client care and communication skills as you will be expected to professionally and pro-actively liaise with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage lenders and other legal parties to transactions.
