We are seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer to join this Legal 500 Law Firm.
 
Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

• Advising landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on disputes involving commercial leases and property contracts.
• Handling lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, and rent/service charge recovery claims.
• Managing disputes over covenants, easements, rights of light, and development-related issues.
• Representing clients in the High Court, County Court, Property Tribunal, and through mediation or arbitration.
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, pleadings, and other litigation documents. Providing strategic, commercial advice to resolve disputes efficiently and protect clients’ business interests.

Candidate Requirements:

• 4-5 Years PQE
• Have a broad range of experience in commercial property litigation matters as the role offers a varied caseload including disputes relating to landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light
