Achieve Professionals are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Business Sales Managers to join a successful real estate company in Manchester.
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing sales operations nationwide, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing agents, analysing market trends and developing innovative business strategies.
The company has exceptionally high standards when it comes to customer service, so you will be expected to continue this trend and carry the same standards of the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage national real estate sales and while ensuring that client relationships are exceptional at all times and are sufficiently managed
- Think of new, innovative methods of business development and sales
- Network with current and prospective clients to increase traction and revenue for the business
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Business Management and Sales
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in real estate or property development industry is highly beneficial, but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field would be advantageous
