Opportunity & Overview: 
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our client’s team in Leeds.
 
Job Description:
You will have the chance to join a well-reputable and growing firm in their litigation department. The firm advises on multiple areas of law and you will be collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines, clients and other firms and advisers.
 
Role Responsibilities:
You will be advising on the following:

• Provide strategic legal advice to commercial clients, assessing risk, liability, and potential outcomes across different legal domains.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and correspondence; negotiate settlements and commercial resolutions.
• Represent clients in court (High Court/County Court) and alternative dispute resolution forums such as mediation or arbitration.
• Research complex multi-area legal issues and interpret legislation, case law, and procedural rules to support case strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• Have over 3 years’ experience in litigation
• Have a broad experience of workload as the firm has multi departments within the firm and they deal with a lot of different enquiries
