Role: Corporate Finance Senior
Location: Exeter (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, mergers, and disposals
• Conduct company valuations using recognized methods such as multiples analysis
• Prepare and review financial due diligence reports
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
• Draft key engagement documents and manage deal databases
• Contribute to business development activities, including attending networking events and supporting pitches
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure smooth project delivery
• Work across departments to provide the best client experience

Candidate Profile:

• ACA, ACCA qualification or equivalent
• Experience in corporate finance, ideally with SME clients
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Interest and experience in business development and client relationship growth
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset with a passion for learning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
