Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Private Client solicitor to join this growing firm in Cheltenham.
 
Job description:
You will be working closely with a team of private client professionals. This position is open to NQ+ and is a great opportunity for career progression. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising clients and preparing legal documents to manage and protect their assets.
•  Handling probate processes, collecting assets, paying liabilities, and distributing estates in accordance with the law or a will.
• Providing guidance on inheritance tax and other relevant tax implications to minimize liabilities.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising clients on appointing trusted individuals for decision-making.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, often involving sensitive or complex personal matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Private Client Law
• NQ+
