Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, qualified Civil Litigator to join this well established practice.
 
Job Description:
In this position, you will have the chance to grow and excel in a supportive environment. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead litigation strategy for complex property disputes, including boundary issues, easements, leasehold matters, and title defects
• Provide high-level legal advice to clients, including developers, landlords, tenants, and homeowners, on property-related legal issues and risks
• Lead negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently, often involving high-value or contentious property matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 years PQE+
• Experience in property litigation & HDR
