We are searching for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a well-established law firm in Loughborough.
 
Job Description
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor to join a growing team and take on a variety of cases, with the autonomy to lead matters and the opportunity to influence the growth of the department.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Managing a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation cases, including: contractual disputes, professional negligence, property disputes, etc.
• Handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution, including mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings
• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the departmental growth
• Engage in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
• Playing a proactive role in the strategic development of the dispute resolution team

Candidate Requirements 

• 5+ years PQE with a strong background in civil/commercial litigation
• Proven ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative working environment
• Ambition to progress within a reputable and growing firm
• A following or network is desirable, but not essential
