We are working with an established law firm in Loughborough in their search for a Private Client Solicitor, from NQ to 5 years PQE.
 
Job Description
 
You will handle a varied caseload with guidance and mentoring as and when required, working closely with a wider Private Client team to deliver the service that the firm demands.

Role Responsibilities 

• Advising clients on a range of private client matters including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration
• Drafting wills and trusts, including tax planning advice where appropriate
• Handling Court of Protection matters and assisting with elderly client services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Participating in business development and networking activities

Candidate Requirements 

• Up to 5 PQE with a solid grounding in private client work, NQ would also be considered ofr this position
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
