Job Description 
 
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of corporate tax services, ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations while offering strategic tax advice to a broad range of clients. You will have the opportunity to oversee a talented team, providing guidance on complex tax matters and contributing to advisory projects that drive business growth.
 
You will work closely with clients to understand their business, challenges, and objectives, while also managing a portfolio of clients with complex tax needs. This role offers plenty of scope to develop your career and make an impact, both through client interactions and by driving internal efficiencies.
 
 
Role Responsibilities 

  • Act as the trusted advisor, responding to client queries, understanding their needs, and managing complex tax matters.
  • Oversee, mentor, and empower your team, ensuring they have the right skills and support to succeed.
  • Deliver high-quality technical advice, keep abreast of tax legislation, and review complex tax returns and advisory projects.
  • Challenge existing processes, suggest improvements, and lead the implementation of new technologies.
  • Build strong client relationships and assist in generating new business through proactive client engagement.

 
Candidate Requirements 

  • ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent experience in accountancy/tax.
  • Proven experience in corporate tax, managing client portfolios, and leading advisory projects.
  • Ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and foster professional development.
  • Strong client relationship management and service delivery skills
  • Solid understanding of UK corporate tax and tax compliance.
