Role: RTA Paralegal
Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Overview and Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join this well established firm in Scotland.
 
Job Description:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on a busy and dynamic team. You will take on a key role in managing road traffic accident claims. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Gathering initial details from clients involved in RTAs, explaining the claims process, and maintaining regular contact.
• Investigating legal precedents, reviewing police and medical reports, and preparing case files for solicitors.
• Preparing claims forms, letters of claim, witness statements, and court documents.
• Communicating with insurance companies, medical professionals, police, and opposing solicitors.
• Assisting solicitors during court proceedings, including preparing trial bundles and attending hearings when necessary

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling Road Traffic Accident claims is essential
• Understanding of personal injury law, especially in the context of RTAs
