We are working with a respected accountancy practice in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in their search for a Senior Manager/Director level Transactions Services professional. 
 
Job Description
 
This role will require a highly motivated and ambitious transaction services professional who has experience in managing and delivering opinion focused financial and tax due diligence and other transactions on behalf of a variety of clients companies.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Carry out and deliver concise financial and tax due diligence for a wide variety of clients on a multitude of transaction types across a number of industries
• Analysing and interrogating financial information 
• Preparing financial models on behalf of clients, whilst interrogating models already prepared
• Communicating clearly and proactively with multiple stakeholders on a timely basis, raising any concerns in the process
• Ensuring delivery to set deadlines
• Identifying new ways to maxismise client relations and delivering value above and beyond 
• Coaching and developing junior members of the team

Candidate Requirements 

• Previous experience managing transactions service assignments from initial scope to completion 
• ACA or ACCA fully qualified with practice experience 
• Ability to deliver under pressure in a busy environment
• Develop new business for the firm 
• Experience of managing junior members of the team and providing relevant coaching depending on their skillsets
• Client focused and commercially aware
• Experience in financial modelling is beneficial, but not essential
