Role: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Darlington/ Stokesley/ Richmond/ Ripon
Salary: up to £40,000-£50,000

We are seeking a NQ+ Private Client solicitor to join a nationally recognised law firm.
 
Job Description:
This firm is rapidly expanding and their Private Client department is growing. You will be working in a supportive team of professionals and will have the chance to grow your career and excel in this position.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and trusts – advising clients on estate planning and asset protection
• Managing probate and distribution of assets in accordance with the will or intestacy rules.
• Helping clients mitigate tax liabilities.
• Assisting with deputyship applications and related issues.

Candidate Requirements

• NQ+ 
• Experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications
