Overview & Opportunity.
We are seeking a clinical negligence solicitor to join this successful, growing firm. 
 
Job Description:
You will be working with a tight-knit team in their Wakefield office.
 
This firm is growing and has multiple offices across the North of England. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on potential medical negligence claims, including merits and likely outcomes.
• Investigating claims by gathering and reviewing medical records, expert reports, and witness statements.
• Drafting legal documents such as letters of claim, particulars of claim, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating settlements or representing clients in litigation through the courts or alternative dispute resolution.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, clients, and opposing parties throughout the case.
• Managing case files efficiently, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
• Keeping up to date with developments in clinical negligence law and medical practice standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in clinical negligence
• 1 years PQE+
