We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join this successful, growing Law Firm based in Wakefield. 

This reputable Law Firm offers a full range of legal services to individuals and companies including divorce and family law, buying and selling residential property, wills and probate, company and commercial, employment, disputes and commercial property services.
 
Job Description

You will be working with a tight-knit team in their Wakefield office. This firm is growing and has multiple offices across the North of England. 
 
Role Responsibilities

• Advising clients on potential medical negligence claims, including merits and likely outcomes.
• Investigating claims by gathering and reviewing medical records, expert reports, and witness statements.
• Drafting legal documents such as letters of claim, particulars of claim, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating settlements or representing clients in litigation through the courts or alternative dispute resolution.
• Liaising with medical experts, counsel, clients, and opposing parties throughout the case.
• Managing case files efficiently, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
• Keeping up to date with developments in clinical negligence law and medical practice standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in clinical negligence
• 1 years PQE+
