Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join this nationally recognised law firm.
 
Job Description:
You will be working in a busy team on employment/HR matters.
 
The firm has multiple offices across the UK, mainly in the North of England. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, grievances, disciplinary issues, and termination.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, staff handbooks, and settlement agreements.
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and negotiations, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Providing legal support on redundancy processes, TUPE transfers, and workplace policies.
• Managing employment litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation and ACAS conciliation.
• Staying current with employment law developments and advising clients on legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Candidate Requirements:

• NQ+
• Experience in employment law
