Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join this modern firm’s Telford team.
 
Job description:
 
This is a great prospect for an ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic Litigation Lawyer. This firm is great for career progression and their team is rapidly growing.
 
This is a full-time office based position. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Supervise a litigation solicitor and support staff in order to achieve agreed fee earning performance targets
• You will be expected to conduct your own case load of Litigation matters

 their team is rapidly growing. 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 year’s PQE or equivalent with a reputable firm
• You should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment
• You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties to provide an excellent level of service
• Have a willingness to take part in business generation and development.
• Experienced and skilled with a mixture of medium to high value and complex commercial disputes including contract, director/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, insolvency work, debt recovery, fraud and professional negligence
• Experience of contentious property work is preferable (but not essential) including possession proceedings, rights of way and boundary/land disputes
• Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential
