We are seeking a Health Care Associate to join this nationally recognised law firm int heir Tampa Office.
 
Job Description:
This firm’s Health Care Practice Group represents physician practices, telemedicine companies, and numerous diverse health care entities.
 
You will be representing these clients in this role as well as venture and private equity investors focused on health care and life sciences.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Representing health-care focused clients
• Demonstrate knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments
• Interplay in health care transactions
• Work with day-to-day business matters affecting health care industry clients

Candidate Requirements:

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered)
• Ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice and in a collegial environment
• Willingness to train and mentor younger associates
• Timely admission to the Florida Bar
• Hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school
