We are seeking a Planning Solicitor to join this leading law firm in their Leeds office.
 
Job Description:
This firm are looking for a planning solicitor, all PQE levels are welcome to apply. You will be part of a well-regarded team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Dealing with enforcement matters
• Advising on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
• Guiding on permitted development rights and the prior approval process
• Telecoms objections
• Drafting and negotiating complex s.106 agreements
• Advising on highways issues
• Advising on planning objections and appeals

Candidate Requirements:

• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines
• A collaborative and team-focused mindset
