Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a strategic partner to key business units, delivering high-quality HR solutions aligned with their business strategy and objectives.

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design
- Drive talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Lead or contribute to firm-wide HR projects and change initiatives
- Support the implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
- Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD level 7 (or working towards)
