Job Description
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a strategic partner to key business units, delivering high-quality HR solutions aligned with their business strategy and objectives.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading firm in their continued growth to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
 
Role Responsibilities 

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design
  • Drive talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
  • Lead or contribute to firm-wide HR projects and change initiatives
  • Support the implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Candidate Requirements 

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a professional or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD level 7 (or working towards)
