Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join this well known firm in their Hull office.
 
Job Description:

You will be involved in a diverse caseload and part of a supportive team in a great office location. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload.
• Advising on Commercial Property matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and sale agreements for commercial properties.
• Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Advising clients (landlords, tenants, developers, investors) on legal issues relating to commercial property.
• Carrying out due diligence, including title investigations, local authority searches, and reviewing planning permissions.
• Liaising with third parties, such as agents, lenders, local authorities, and opposing solicitors.
• Handling property finance matters, including secured lending and refinancing.

Candidate Requirements:

• NQ+ Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Being a team player, with the ability to build client relationships.
