Job Description:
 
This well-established firm is seeking Conveyancing Solicitors to join their growing team. They are rapidly expanding and are seeking talented individuals to join the firm and have a successful career at the firm. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Managing the legal process of buying and selling property.
• Conducting searches to confirm property ownership and identify any legal issues.
• Negotiating the terms of the sale or purchase on behalf of the client.
• Overseeing the transfer of property ownership and ensuring legal title is passed.
• Advising on and handling stamp duty and other property-related taxes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent client service and organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• 3 Years PQE+
