We are looking for a Probate Solicitor/Executive to join this forward looking Law Firm.
 
Job Description

This position is great for a junior or senior Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive. The firm’s probate department is consistently growing and they are searching for talent to join their expanding team.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Managing the legal and financial process of administering a deceased person’s estate.
• Preparing and submitting applications to the Probate Registry.
• Collecting information on assets and liabilities to calculate the estate’s value.
• Advising on and preparing necessary tax forms, and liaising with HMRC.
• Ensuring assets are distributed according to the will or intestacy rules.

Candidate Requirements

• Probate experience 
• Time efficient, team player and a positive attitude
