We are looking for a family solicitor to join this firm’s building team in Torquay. 
 
Job Description: 
 
This role is perfect for an experienced lawyer to join a rapidly expanding team in Torquay. This position offers the possibility of progressing your career with leadership opportunities. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients through the legal process of ending a marriage.
• Assisting in establishing care arrangements that prioritise the best interests of the child
• Handle negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating for their clients’ best interests.
