Salary: £40,000-£55,000

Overview and Opportunity 
Achieve Professionals is partnering with a fantastic law firm in its search for a Head of Culture & People for a growing firm in the North East.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and engagement across the organisation.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience at every stage.
• Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives, using HR data to guide decision-making.
• Drive improvements in HR systems, introducing new technologies where appropriate to boost efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
• Establish clear career progression pathways, manage training programmes, and create tailored development plans to support the firm’s goals.
• Organise both internal and external training opportunities, ensuring they align with the company’s development priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• CIPD at chartered level or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Organise and professional individual
