Job Description:
This firm is seeking a NQ+ Commercial Property solicitor to replace a solicitor who is relocating. This role is 9-5 working and this firm offers real career progression.
 
Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and other commercial property contracts.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on commercial properties, including reviewing title deeds, planning permissions, and zoning laws
• Dispute Resolution: Assist with resolving property-related disputes, such as landlord-tenant issues, breach of lease agreements, and property rights conflicts
• Landlord and Tenant Matters: Advise both landlords and tenants on rights, obligations, and the management of leases
• Transaction Management: Manage the legal aspects of commercial property transactions

Requirements:

• NQ+
• Must be willing to commute or relocate- possible hybrid options available
