Role: Private Client Solicitor

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per year

Achieve Professionals are supporting a well-established law firm in the South West in their search for a Private Client Solicitor. This is the opportunity to join one of the biggest law firms in the area, and join their busy Private Client team.
 
Job Description 
 
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and offering the very best legal advice through a full range of legal services, across a wide range of areas and commercial sectors.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Delivering high-quality, effective legal services in all areas of Private Client law, including Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney
• Promoting and enhancing the reputation of the Private Client Department and the firm, both internally and externally
• Contributing to the growth and development of the department and the firm as a whole
• Maintaining excellent client care and file administration

Candidate Requirements 

• Have a minimum of 2+ years PQE or a minimum of 3 years’ managing a full Private Client caseload
• Have experience and a full understanding of all aspects of Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and client care skills
• STEP membership would be advantageous
• Be willing to travel in between the firms offices, all in the South West of England, so a driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential
