Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to conveyancing.
• Work closely with a Fee Earner 
• Manage conveyancing processes with a solicitor, including title searches, document preparation, and property registrations.

Requirements:

• Experience in conveyancing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
