HR Specialist (Family Office)
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per year
Start Date: ASAP
3 full days per week, fully office-based
We are representing our longstanding client in Central London in their search for a part-time HR Specialist, with a salary on offer of £45,000-£50,000 per year.
In this role, you will oversee all HR functions in the office for a small but very dynamic London-based Family Office with a team of around 20, however this is growing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with such policies and procedures
- Communicate changes in policies to employees and provide necessary explanations and clarifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including, but not limited to, right to work checks required under immigration laws and regulations
- Prepare HR reports for management
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR data
- Ensure a healthy working environment by providing proper procedures and ensure compliance with such procedures
- Work with hiring managers within the organisation to understand staffing needs, and implement effective recruitment strategies to make this process as seamless as possible
- Coordinate the full recruitment process for the office, as well as new employee onboarding
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment, health and safety and immigration laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including immigration documentation.
- Prepare HR reports for management with a focus on immigration-related metrics.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR data, especially immigration-related information.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in a HR Specialist, or similar position
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred
- Fluent in both English and Russian would be highly advantageous
- Have a positive mindset and be willing to problem solve quickly to deal with any current and impending HR issues within the office
- Full understanding of employment and immigration laws due to the nature of the Family Office’s work
- Exceptional attention to detail
