Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy office in Central London.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, have excellent organisational skills, and be confident in managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule meetings, manage conference calls and maintain the office calendar
- Handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately and ensuring smooth communication
- Track and renew essential documents such as permits, licences, and insurance policies
- Liaise with office suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms
- Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Coordinate with external IT support and service providers for any technical requirements
- Arrange and manage courier services for deliveries and collections
- Edit, format, and prepare documents to professional standards
- Print, photocopy, and bind materials as required
- Maintain office records, including registers for outgoing post, invoices, and other key documentation
- Develop and manage an efficient filing system, both digital and physical
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed to support the office
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
