Job Description
We are looking for a real estate solicitor to join the Legal 500’s real estate team in the North East. You will manage a diverse caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
• Handle landlord and tenant issues.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in business development activities to enhance the firm’s market presence.

Essential Requirements/ Qualifications 

• Proven ability to handle real estate transactions independently.
• Good drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and regulations.
• PQE ideally 3+ years.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to providing high quality legal services.
