Senior/Associate Employment Law Solicitor or Junior Partner
Northampton 
£60,000-£80,000
 
We are currently working with a fantastic law firm who are now seeking an Employment Solicitor of 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level to join their small but growing team in Northampton.
 
Role:
 

• Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance,
• Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
• Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
• Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
• Assisting with data protection compliance, and
• Representing clients in employment tribunals

Experience & Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and will undertake a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work 
• You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, and providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members
