Salary: £30,000-£34,000 plus bonus

Role Overview 
We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Marketing and Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Recruitment Group, Achieve Hospitality and Achieve Professionals. In this role, you will communicate our company brand, mission and values through creative content across our social media channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success by generating new business leads and sales appointments within our industries. You will achieve this by proactively engaging with potential clients, and offering insights into our services through various channels such as telephone, networking, and LinkedIn.

Achieve Hospitality specialises in recruitment for luxury sectors including Hospitality, Private Households & Estates, Private Family Offices, Yachts, Chalets and Jets- operating on a worldwide basis. 
 
Ideal Candidate 

  • Prior experience in a busy marketing and or sales/business development role.
  • B2B marketing or sales experience. 
  • Experience in lead generation, preferably in an agency environment. 
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in using marketing software such as Mailchimp, Canva, Salesloft/Apollo.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Identify opportunities and areas for business development online and in-person.
  • Attend and organise networking events. 
  • Generate leads and prospect new business.
  • Persuasive relationship building using a consultative approach, understanding prospective clients recruitment challenges, budget and goals. 
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, develop and implement content strategy using images, videos and written content.
  • Manage the recruitment groups social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. 
  • Create digital marketing content for email marketing and monthly newsletters.
  • Monitor the progress and performance of campaigns using various metrics.
  • Report analytics in monitoring how content is performing such as through impressions, reach, engagement and clicks.
  • Identify clients needs and gaps in our content based on our ideal client personas.
  • Keep up to date with trends and developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced.
  • Read industry news to keep abreast of current developments, challenges and market situations in the industries Achieve Hospitality and Achieve Professionals recruit within. 
  • To monitor inbound leads from our enquiries email and to forward to the relevant person within the agency. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
