We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated associate with 3-4 years of labor & employment litigation experience to join our firm’s nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in their Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office.
 
Requirements:

• Have experience with California wage and hour class action litigation, PAGA claims, and single plaintiff employment litigation, employee handbooks and day to day advice and counseling
• Strong legal writing skills and experience with discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings required
• Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred
• Top academics and experience required
