We are looking for Solicitors who love working in the local community, building networks and leading the approach for the local market.  If you are looking for an opportunity to develop into the personal injury area. You will join a large and successful personal injury law firm within the wider Private Accident Team.  It is a rewarding role where you will get the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled lawyers who do not limit themselves to dealing with the law as it is as we actively campaign to make the law better, seeking reforms that will help workers, accident victims and their families.
 
 
Job Description 

• Managing own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA
• Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files
• Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
• Taking statements
• Liability investigations
• Instructing medical experts
• Drafting summonses/writs
• Consulting with Counsel
• Appearance in court/tribunal

Requirements/ qualifications 

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE within Personal Injury 
• Experience of managing your own caseload of EL/PL/OL/CICA
