Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Executive to join our Recruitment Group supporting both Achieve Professionals and Achieve Hospitality.
We are seeking someone to communicate our company brand, mission and values through creative content across all of our social media channels. The focus of this role is to raise awareness of our agencies and the services we offer, reach out to new audiences, generate high-quality leads for new business, promote our agencies as leaders in the industries, and engage with our existing clients to aid client retention.

Achieve Hospitality specialises in recruitment for luxury sectors including Hospitality, Private Households & Estates, Private Family Offices, Yachts, Chalets and Jets. We operate on a worldwide basis. Achieve Professionals supports corporate recruitment in the Finance, Legal, HR and Technology divisions. We support companies and Private Family Offices with their bespoke recruitment needs globally.
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a busy marketing and or sales/business development role
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing
- B2B marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in using marketing software such as Mailchimp, Canva, Salesloft/Apollo
- Creativity is key!
Role Responsibilities
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns.
- Plan, develop and implement content strategy using images and videos alongside writing blogs and other written content.
- Create digital marketing content for email marketing and newsletters.
- Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as exhibitions and events.
- Monitor the progress and performance of campaigns using various metrics.
- Report analytics in monitoring how content is performing such as through impressions, reach, engagement and clicks.
- Identify clients needs and gaps in our content based on our ideal client personas.
- Keep up to date with trends and developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced.
- Read industry news to keep abreast of current developments, challenges and market situations in the industries we recruit within.
- To monitor inbound leads from our enquiries email and to forward to the relevant person within the agency.
- Other ad-hoc marketing duties as required.
