Claims Associate
Malta

We are supporting our client in Malta in their search for a Claims Associate, with a salary on offer of €25,000 per year.
 
In this role, you will manage a caseload of claims ensuring that company policy, procedure and regulatory requirements are adhered at all times.
 
Responsibilities:

• Deliver all specific objectives as assigned upon appointment
• Effectively handle all claims which are part of the job holder’s file allocation in accordance with group SLAs
• Gather and process information, as directed, to support the effective assessment of more complex cases
• Manage recovery files comprehensively, covering all aspects from total loss assessments to salvage disposal
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing calls, attending to walk-in clients, and ensuring their needs are met

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Claims role, or within a Claims department 
• Positive attitude and willing to come in to support the team
• Be able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Have the right to work, and already live in Malta
